Tic Toc "Proposal" Exclusive Service

I have selectively placed a proposal in front of some of you and kindly explained it in its true detail to some of you. I have 3 out of 485 of you who recognize the value in this proposal. I commend the three of you thus far for seizing the opportunity and I promise you your rewards are bountiful.

As for the rest of us undeclared peoples, I remain true to my word, my belief system, and my honor... which has more value than anything known to man because it's entirety realms in the rim of The Most High. We only need a dedicated amount of clientele which shall allow us as a business constant growth. This reason alone bonds our mindset of Exclusive Service when it comes to luxury vehicles and limousine services. Don't sleep too long ladies and gentleman. The first 52 clients will remain benefactors of my work ethic more so than my very own family of blood! I believe in those who believe in me! $575 X 52 (Client ) weeks a year! Choose your week of service, your day, or your need! We got all year to do it in!
Exclusive Service Proposal

 
The week you select is the week you know you will most likely use or require service. You shall receive the weekday option or the weekend option of your choosing.
  1.   The week day option includes pick up and drop off service up to 3 destinations per weekday with weeknight destinations of 2 in limousine service Monday through Friday.
  2.   The week end option includes either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Thursday, Friday, Saturday of limousine service up to 8 hours each weekend. Sedan service also provided on gratuity basis to any available vehicle such as Escalade (seating up to 4 passengers), Jeep (seating up to 3-4 passengers)  or Suburban service (seating up to 6 passengers).
*Vehicle Fleet Changes Frequently to seat client requests of clean and smoke free environments.

Think It Through Based on which side are you on!

There are only two actual sides in my world.  The good side and The bad side.  My thought process is based solely on that simple concept. This has brought me to think it through thoroughly in the area of education and basically overhaul practices and areas which need the fundamental of care from the spirit and heart of any if not all community.

The "Follow Up" Program

Do not disregard this program based on my writing skillset.  Think it through completely. Visualize it step by step.  We are a media technology society and growing.  We need more jobs created in our society. We need more cures for our society. We need more healthcare individuals in our society. We need more childcare facilities and individuals in our society. We need more funding for our school systems in general and this is prior to reaching the higher level education system.

The Follow Up program is simple, affordable, doable, accessible, and requires the most basic in common place thinking as possible.  The average new community developed involves a community infrastructure of 250 units.  This is an average minimum of 250 persons up to 1,000 persons or more and counting.  This represents a need for a minimum of 250 jobs up to 1,000+ jobs.  This requires a day care, an elementary school, a middle school, and a high school. 

The needs require a nearby health facility, dental facility, food and beverage facility, athletic facility, cleaners, retail facilities, and more.  The question of math will suggest there needs to be an average of 10,000 persons involved for every community.

The average community with or without special care needs can generate collectively $10,000 per month to its own funding at an accountability of $10 per individual.  How do you protect such a donation in times like these? Simply establish a brand name, logo, and non for profit ogranization which supports its community through technological standards and mediums such as the internet, social networking, and positive reinforcement. 

Community X has accepted the program and is committed without flaw. Annually this community raises $120,000 a year and continued to do so for 12 years straight. There are 250 units in this community.  This community set up a tax free safe haven for its donations to support the community.  The community after its first year put the remaining funding into a diversified portfolio which is conservative and clear and makes a 5 year turn around to the community. Now 6 years has passed and this community has established a baby boom of  2.3 children per household. 

This basic family scenario of immediate new beginning households sets theplay in motion for the growing needs and concerns of such a community.  Here comes the program.  The program is a social member model of the program known as social security but with one complete exception.  It's designed to reinvest in your future to replenish your lifestyle from the standard debt to income ratio which has been out of control for an average of 30+years and counting.

There is no time for who is to blame when over one billion citizens have come and gone inside of these hundred years.  The power of the people is stronger than we practice.  We can do better. We will do better. We are better for doing what we really can do! Here is a simple mathematical suggestion.  Based on accountability, census, at cost, and projected numbers for a community development and standard growth practices such as family and business, each household in the community can contribute a minimum of $40 per month for the life of the residency of the home.

The purpose of the contribution is to grow a capital option which can be utilized in leverage for community assistance and additional revenue accrual from traditional entitys and funding institutions.  Collectively as a community we are investing in our own growth and development as we not only minimize our debt to income ratio, but we are able to borrow from ourselves to enhance our needs in health, landscape, education, and more.  The fundamental problem with the program is that is simply requires commitment from each community member.

How do you keep a community committed, enthused, appreciative, focused, hands on, diligent, proud, and exemplory in a direction which requires 110% thought and action?  You don't.  That's correct. You don't ask the community to do anything.  What it takes is a lead by example.  So here is my proposal.

2500 Individuals contribute $10 per pay check to a (equal to 52 weeks) Savings Fund deasigned for deposit only.  Establish a business name.  Purchase either a property or building and grow your capital from the beauty of the internet, coffee shops, after school programs, workshops, and the list grows into a foundation of per person need based all you can eat purposed demographic valued by simplicity and functionality.  Be the watering hole every animal in the wildern or jungle seeks to quench a thirst. 

PHASES AND STEPS REQUIRED THROUGH THE PATIENCE OF DISCIPLINE
These 2500 Individuals will receive and pay out rewards and benefits from dedication and discpline.  The discpline is required for patience as the module functions complete their steps, cycles, and phases for success. 

  1. This requires time for the promotion phase to reach the customer demographic whom values the service options extended.
  2. This requires time for the face to face meet and greets to visit and reaffirm the business services options to the general public whom could use a private service
  3. This requires time for the adjustments made be it licenses, fees, maintenance, and mechanics of remaining functional within the zoned areas of law pertainng to service and the public
  4. Accounting and Administration steps to update and review all traffic of revenue, bookings, dates, deadlines, and requests based on at costs function data and reports
  5. Equipment Purchasements and Enhancements to ensure clean equipment and marketing strategies displaying why to every possible client customer to use service and its functions
Once all 5 metrics are self sustained or agency functional by remote modules of count per call, click, or face to face standards it's basically a matter of daily function review which updates projected and on hand data which shall display the numbers showing and required to hit any target goal.

An Example of Service

Charles Williams driver and striving entrepreneur set out to accomplish one goal and one goal only.  Live life knowing it was adventured.  Yes it sounds corny but what is wrong with corny? We need some traditional values and standards replenished in this ..... My apologies. No sermons required.  You are the choir if you have read any of the previous postings.  We know our value and worth and we honor our agreements even when it costs us more than the agreement.

Members of Charles Williams Limousine club receive financial discounts for patroning this luxury limousine service company.  We at Charles Williams Limousine club are doing more than that. We have set up an infrastructure that rewards our club members for using the service when warranted or desired. 

Our current membership at time of this posting is small in comparison to what this club can truly do for its members in regards of service, investment, sponsorship, scholarship, special events, and more.  We are committed to increasing membership to increase the amount of people whom actually are serviced by Charles Williams Limousine.

Here is my personal proposal to you the possible member. I Charles d. Williams, publicly and socially affirm that all my written affirmations are accurate to the smallest detail and I publicly affirm and social confirm the mentions and posts of this business are exact and informative of all best practices intended and performed from all levels of the interaction and agreement combined from solicitation and inquiry to confirmation and point of sale of all and any agreements for use of this service as a club member and non club member.

I Charles D. Williams, also affirm that our current portfolio allows for us to maintain a minimum of 52 weeks per year for dedicated service to 52 members minimum up to 365 members maximum based on the formula of member per week and member per day. Each member is required to select either a sponsorship, scholarship, or donation request or equivelant to referal to cover one guest or guests for 1 of 4 Charles Williams Limousine Banquet & Awards dinner to be held annually. Your selection must be completed within your 3 year commitment to club participation, in order to receive your Rewards & Benefits Packet. 

FULFILLING THE INITIAL SPONSORSHIP
  • Sponsorship of $575 in full grants 1 week limousine & sedan service for an individual member.
  • Sponsorship of $275 in full grants 1 day of limousine & sedan service for an individual member. 
  • Sponsorship of  $225 in full awards members to receive the discounted pricing for limousine and sedan service with Charles Williams Limousine Booking.  
  • Sponsorship of $2,500 in full grants Platinum Service Bookings and rates as low as $15-$35 per hour limousine service. 
  • Sponsorship of $7,500 books 30 weekend days for limousine & sedan service in either block or day rates (blocks are 6 hour blocks & day rates are $575 per 7-10 hour day not to exceed 12).
  • Scholarship's of $500 will receive 2 days of discounted limousine and sedan service priced no more than $165 for 6 hours of service
  • Scholarship's of $1,000 will receive 3 days of discounted limousine and sedan service priced no more than $135 up to 6 hours per one day.
  • Scholarship's of $1,500 will receive  4 days of discounted limousine and sedan service priced no more than $119 up to 6 hours per one day.
  • Scholarship's of $3,500 will receive 1 dedicated week of limousine and sedan service, a social blast for their business or charity, 1 Free Friday, 1 Free Saturday, and 2 $75 limousine rental dates with Charles Williams Limousine
  • Donation requests of  $325 receive 1 hour  additional  per 4 hour block minimum
  • Donation requests of  $425 receive 3 hours additional  per 4 hour block minimum

LIMO RIDES FOR STUDENTS

Charles Williams Limousine is now accepting student service requests 1 day limousine service for any date involving a school event within the months of September, October, November, December, January, and February at a student rate of $25, $35, & $45 per student.

$25 One Way Service - Involves Limousine Arrival to home address/pick up address and transport 1student, or 1 parent and 1 child, to registered school address only.
 

$35  One Way Service - Involves Limousine Arrival to home address/pick up address and transport of up to 2 students to registered school address only.

 $50 Round Trip Service - Involves Limousine Arrival to home address for pick up of student or up to 2 students and transport to registered school address and return from designated address/school address to initial home address/pick up address of student or students.

$65 Designated Service -Involves itenorary specific requests  per 1 student or personal assistant equivelant requests and are not limited to events or programs such as extended school activities, tutoring, or designated appointments requiring adult supervision such as physician visits, dental visits, optometrist visits,  chiropractic visits, rehabilitation theraphy, or specialty youth programs and organizations.
