"Care to drive?"

Do you actually care to drive? The best question I can pose at this moment. The conditions lean me towards the art form of comfort and dilly dally from a warm abode until the usual road has returned. What I had not planned on was being in limbo of not driving. What is going on inside my mind that I get the jitters if I am not driving around the city waiting to meet a new opportunity to make me one fare richer than I was last year! Well. The truth holds no shame. I am long term and need to think about the best route as the best solution.

I am excited and humbled all in the same drive. My heart beats fast knowing you are able to enjoy or utilize my service offer. There is no greater feeling than the one I hold at this time.



November 10, 2010 marks the new beginning of my current life as I was introduced to the realm of luxury transportation. In these past few years and very quickly I managed to endure all aspects of this industry. The only portion in which I am currently a struggle is a solid client base. I am currently and officially self employed. I in this genre of employment status have encompassed a few other service options in which I utilize to enhance the experience of using my driver service. What I want to express is my offer of service and business.

Charles Williams Limousine/Exclusive Service
This service is a basic limousine service with functional amenities such as Hosting, Event Planning, and auto detailing. These amenities can also be summoned for individual services any season of the year. What I am offering is exclusive function to exclusive clients. This means in short I am for hire each year, but only for those whom hired me up front at the beginning of each year. This makes the agreement exclusive as I am primarily bound to my clients whom have trusted me to do the work and provide the service or services.

I am simple in ways beyond measure such as trust, honor, and discipline. I believe in these blocks of character. I am not a perfect looking individual, nor am I the perfect thinking individual, however, perfection is accepted. I will be openly direct but respectful at all times. My main goal is business as my functioning goal is respectful and reputable business. Keeping this in mind I have set up my infrastructure with protocols to govern each phase of the processes involved as a safeguard against unwarranted themes.

Here is my basic offer without confusing things. I will pay you back for paying me up front. My gratitude is often misrepresented and the only common denominator I know of is money. Here is how it will work. I must meet minimum expectations for business without question. The minimum is 365 days booked at a minimum of $195 a day. This minimum is to run the service and does not include payroll. I believe to reach this goal timely I needed a carrot worthy idea.





EXPLAINING THE LETTER YOU JUST READ ABOVE

365 Days are the number of drives I need to make in a year. However the breakdown of this goal can be handled in this manner. 52 weeks in a year equals 52 client opportunities at $575 each opportunity with an exchange of dedicated service for the specific week available or agreed upon. 

This allows me to simply focus on easy math. I don't need formulas as much as I need function. 52 individuals whom remit up front $575 each are going to receive gratuity from me the following 2 years or consecutive 36 months whichever is accomplished.

All investors will receive an agreement as receipt of expectation in service minimum. Privacy concerns or wishes will be honored under our "Anonymous Investor Fund" and shall remain as such. This allows you to remain functional in the system without compromising a physical position to any other concerns by which you are governed. 

52 Weeks in a year is the simplicity of per week per client function. You have at your finger tips a dedicated 7 days of chauffeur service. Use your service for work commutes, day care pick up, bar hopping, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, airport pick ups and drop offs and more.


12 Months in a year is the simplicity of per month investor function. You have a dedicated 30 day minimum of driver service. You play a major role in equipment acquisition and seek the business end of things. You submitted a minimum equal start up share to acquire a luxury vehicle used for business. Once initial investment is repaid to you, quarterly gratuities are returned to you or vested for you. (EXECUTIVES WHOM CAN HANDLE HIGH PERCENTAGES INITIAL START UP FOR NEW VEHICLES WITH MINIMUM MSRP OF $30K-$75K)

WHAT THE LETTER DID NOT READ BUT IS TRUE

Auto Detail: Light wash, Medium wash, and Detailed Service are the styles or packages for auto detailing. You can use your complimentary service anytime throughout the year for 1 free wash minimum up to 3 free wash maximum.  

DJ SERVICE: Need music and equipment for your birthday party or surprise event for that special someone. Use your DJ Service package and know its taken care of. This is a basic package which services home or office functions. This is not a venue service as certain requirements are needed such as permits and licenses. 

There is so much to say, however, I have spoke too much already. If I did not confuse you the light is shining bright right now. This is a proposal offer strictly by me to you. All of you. This means you won't have any misgivings or misunderstandings about your service. Until I become completely overloaded with work, calls, conferences, or meetings I am always open for communication. 

Here is my attempt at a recap. I am propositioning everyone but only the first either 52 week clients, 12 month clients, or 365 day clients. Each client type has a protocol proposal option. All clients have access to the amenities of service such as auto detail. I am the operator and the owner. I am doing this so that I have an actual job so I can make provisions for my nucleus of responsibilities whom I love dearly. This is how i propose to do it. You and I will reach the correct agreement and keep the agreement. There are no renewal costs, fees, or challenges. IF you do not repeat your steps of annual upfront investment of $575 in January of any year following 2013 you have no commitments or worries.  You will always be honored as a member and continue to receive member rates on services rendered in a general public format.

  I am an individual limousine service and booking agent in need of your support in more than one way.  My primary objective is to remain my own boss and provide for my family obligations. I due to my age and experience chose to remain in business for myself.  I in the past 2 years have learned the detailed components of sustaining, providing, and operating a driver service. 

  My personal and professional experience is strongest in customer service, consulting, detailing, event planning, music production, showmanship, voice over, talent scout, and basically that which revolves around entertainment and public speaking with Customer Service being the focal point in all areas of service. 

  I need everyone within reason of time, effort, ability, willingness, faith, fellowship, networking, management, consulting, finance, and opportunity to consider assisting me in my quest to remain an effective entity in transportation and conceirge driving.

  Directly speaking I am in need of a dedicated limousine in which I as a driver can move around the metroplex 24/7.  I currently am networked with 3 separate small businesses which I can book service for but not necessarily receive compensation  to remain effectively priced for all levels of social status in the public sector.  I worked 2 years thus far and mostly for free.  I treated it as going to school to learn a craft or trade, but now my financial support is not renewable and I must turn around a profit going forward. 

  I have reviewed the past 2 years of dates, amounts, and itenoraries and have revealed numerically if I can get prepaid commitments from 200 individuals for a minimum of $195 each up to $575 each, I can in one full year place myself in position to repay each member each year with new commitments each year forward.  Crazy is what is sounds like however, when you factor in taxes, entertainment taxes, commercial insurance policies, chamber of commerce fees for Dallas County/Tarrant County, airport licenses, vehicle maintenance, Fuel expenses annually, and Wardrobe requirements the amount is basic in necessity. 

  Here is the actual fun part which is more than inspiring.  I am creative. I am imaginative. I am also conservative in business but liberal in purpose.  I am outside the box in themed dating or social gatherings and down to earth in practicality of ability. I won't promise you the moon but you will know for yourself how bright it truly is in the darkest of days. 

  There are minimum 100 reasons and ways to request a limousine service and not all of them require alcohol or completely adult themes.  My driving objective is to network with multiple of the businesses in Dallas/Ft.Worth who are in agreement with me and allow me to provide special treatment like access between their service and facility and my clientele.  I am merely the nice time between reaching these small businesses and communities. 

  The client/couple will receive a timely pick up by myself in a very clean stretch limousine.  For her there are flowers and for him her being happy thinking it was him who provided the flowers.  We take a scenic tour of the cities lights or downtown district as part of our route to your business or restaurant.  They are escorted in and already set up for their enjoyment is a sample 4 course dinner.  They dine for up to 90 minutes or so in standard social timing.  I then am waiting outside as they are reintroduced to the limousine with a door open and a small video of them is displayed on the monitor highlighting their smiles and quaint interactions (family versions only) as a momento of their evening.  We stop by another business in the art district to take on a comedy show or open mic event.  After this event they are escorted to their return destination.

  There are multiple obvious and not so obvious combinations which bottom line establish an event of memory and gratitude.  We all could use a day when it was all about us. Some of us in society don't need an entire day but merely a moment in which attention to detail means paying attention to our need to be wanted or desired, even fulfilled by acts of kindness.  Regardless of the individual exactitude the truth remains the same focus and point.  The effort shows by the details involved of such effort. 



The proposition I am offering in it's financial support needs go as the following listed below as minimums in expectation based on time, dates, and exclusivity.

$195 - $275  * Client/Sponsor donations
These donations secure 1 date for the year in which a dedicated block of time is alotted as needed

$575  * Client/Sponsor donations Exclusive service
These donations secure 1 date for the year in which all day service is exercised for the Client/Sponsor

The way this module works:

  • Each individual client/sponsor annually submits their initial donation and date for service. 
  • All other open or non exclusive dates and blocks of time Monday thru Saturday are booked at a rate of $180 minimum up front at time of pick up (the 24/7 metric) and in cash to the driver.
  • Digital receipts for all donations are submitted to either a mobile number or valid email address.
  • Sundays are billed in a taxi rate of $0.75 per mile each pick up and drop off destination of each individual passenger.

I wrote this in a personal format to display my open door/open thought policy.  I do listen as well as I observe my surroundings. I am attentive to the needs of safety, growth, service, and job well done. I am personally thanking each and every person involved for the opportunity to convey this request in the best manner in which my time allowed as well as your time.  Please if it is not too much to consider think it over and ask all the questions you can.  My contact information is listed. The importance of  participation is crucial  to my documentation needs, as I intend to carry this theme to the Mayors office and appropriate departments for consideration of future events and attractions.

PRIVATE SERVICE SEEKS PATRONS

MISSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Private service seeking patrons to participate in its new business model for service and affordabaility. 

There are more than enough limousine companies, transportation options and service merchants available to comparatively shop for the physical need of any luxury request.  There are vans, suv's, sedans, stretch vehicles, coaches, buses, and sports sophisticated vehicles such as ferrari, lamborghini, and more.  The question posted by this entity is how do you learn of the value in each entity offering service without over paying for it?

I am human just as you.  I have dreams and goals just as you do.  I want the best for my dollar just as you do.  What I encountered in my own quest is the lack of care in the exchange of the service and requestment of such service.  Keeping that in mind I designed a basic format which allows any client potential or existing to at cost have control of this experience.

Each request is differen't as so goes the need.  My design basically associates to your budget and functions within your means for service.  The formula involved removed the time constraint to simplify the request process.  What you do now is advise me what you can pay for your service request and that simply advises you your distance in which you can travel for your cost.  This allows you the requestor to stay within your itenorary, timelines, and manifest a per person count of same cost. 

Let me clean up the explanation, because I have a tendency of trying not to sound dumb which makes things sound complicated.  If you had $5 and wanted to be picked up and dropped off one way in a limousine option available to you that would be no problem.  Now that being said the price is for you only.  This means any additional passengers must pay the same amount as you did at the time of request for same distance.  The total distance established by your initial $20 payment for service does not change the distance.  This means simply you want to pay a larger amount to change the distance.
This allows the system to remain in compliance with the new design and minimize excess fees to the client base.  This also broadens our business functional demographic to reach a broader scale of potential client requests.

Example. Charles paid $75 for his limousine rental for a Monday. Charles already has his itenorary made out for him as his rental is meeting a need he has to network and impress a client of his own.  He has a total of 3 specific pick up and drop off locations and then a return trip to 2 address his and his clients pick up location.  Time is not a factor as he has an itenorary specified to limited time spans at each location or address.  Now Charles has minimized his expense to a point in which he can leave a nice gratuity to his driver because of his practical needs for service of luxury.  The same itenorary Charles exercised would have costs of up to $450 or even $600 adn counting if billed in the traditional per hour minimum of $100 an hour billing.  What this does in its simplest form is allow anyone to experience the luxury of a limousine and more than once without concern of being over priced or stretched beyond their practice budgets.

What Else Can I Say?

THE TRUTH IS HARD SOMETIMES

I keep thinking to myself what can I share with my audience of client's to be? Do I explain how simple the process is for booking service at anytime? Do I share with them the wonderful discounts and rewards programs set up with the service by following the posts from twitter, facebook, and blogger?  Have I shared too much in the first place?   Well what else can I say to make your choice confident and appreciated? "I got it." I will ask every female I see if she wants to have my baby! Yeah! That's a real ice breaker.  Then what I do is ask her instead of having my baby mabey she would like to go for a ride in my big long stretch limousine.  Nahhhhh.....! lol

DESPERATE TIME IS DESPERATE IN MEASURE

Gimme your money or else I won't have it! I tried this method and believe it or not it worked but did not work at the same time.  She smiled and gave me the money. The problem was I didn't realize the ride she wanted had nothing to do with a limousine.  Since then I had to change up how I speak so there is no confusement. Now I sound clinically correct, which for me takes away from the personable feeling my normalcy gives.

WHAT IS THE MOST FAMOUS PERSON YOU HAVE DRIVEN

I receive this question quite often.  My response is thought of as a line but in respect it's a purely honest answer.  One day in my writing mind I wrote to God how I feel about how the world treats its brothers and sisters.  Out of my mouth came the words which turned into my answer for when I receive the question of who is the most famous person I have ever driven or have you driven anyone famous?  "Everyone is famous!"

What I had not realized is to many people it's important to be apart of something more important than they. People want to share what's important. So now I have to realize that a person wants to brag about who they have service with.  Example would sound something like "i use a service that drives famous people." However, you know how we are as people. We also like a very good story so we add spice and seasoning to the truth so appeal and zeal are kept in tact.   I'm laughing because all I have to do is say exactly what happened it's more impactful than seasoning's because ya'll won't believe me either way!

An Example of Service

Charles Williams driver and striving entrepreneur set out to accomplish one goal and one goal only.  Live life knowing it was adventured.  Yes it sounds corny but what is wrong with corny? We need some traditional values and standards replenished in this ..... My apologies. No sermons required.  You are the choir if you have read any of the previous postings.  We know our value and worth and we honor our agreements even when it costs us more than the agreement.

Members of Charles Williams Limousine club receive financial discounts for patroning this luxury limousine service company.  We at Charles Williams Limousine club are doing more than that. We have set up an infrastructure that rewards our club members for using the service when warranted or desired. 

Our current membership at time of this posting is small in comparison to what this club can truly do for its members in regards of service, investment, sponsorship, scholarship, special events, and more.  We are committed to increasing membership to increase the amount of people whom actually are serviced by Charles Williams Limousine.

Here is my personal proposal to you the possible member. I Charles d. Williams, publicly and socially affirm that all my written affirmations are accurate to the smallest detail and I publicly affirm and social confirm the mentions and posts of this business are exact and informative of all best practices intended and performed from all levels of the interaction and agreement combined from solicitation and inquiry to confirmation and point of sale of all and any agreements for use of this service as a club member and non club member.

  • Sponsorship of $7,500 books 30 weekend days for limousine & sedan service in either block or day rates (blocks are 6 hour blocks & day rates are $575 per 7-10 hour day not to exceed 12).
  • Scholarship's of $500 will receive 2 days of discounted limousine and sedan service priced no more than $165 for 6 hours of service
  • Scholarship's of $1,000 will receive 3 days of discounted limousine and sedan service priced no more than $135 up to 6 hours per one day.

Charles Williams Limousine is our one man stop shop for your wedding, prom, date, homecoming, house party, shop til you drop concierge driving experience as you maintain dignity and poise required for those whom you care for most with any rental of luxury benefit.

Charles Williams Limousine has room for a total not to exceed 250 bookings of $275 each booking. All bookings must be made within 72 hours of date requested unless advertised as a special promotion by Charles Williams Limousine.  If your event is more than 72 hours then pay $75 as a hold request and on your date of service pay your $275 in full.  There are times when dates are popular from sports events, special events, personal family events, and we know everyone is important, so please assist us in making certain you are meeting your need for this request. 

IN THE EVENT of the need to cancel your request no refund is given however a comprable event or request will be honored based on availability.  We ask that 72 hours be given for all cancellations otherwise your booked event will be banked automatically.

This donation allows you to select one date in which you will receive a 6 hour block of limousine service for one passenger and $15 per additional passenger on that date up to 6 passengers or comfortable.
