Billing Per Request

The current conditions require a business minded discipline. All time is of value and deserving. Cost is a fact of business. The only price that makes any difference is one that is or can be paid repeatedly. We stand firm in our pricing structure because we hear the truth. It sounds too good to keep true.

I am asked all the time "what do you charge for car service?" My newly accepted response is now and official.  "I charge enough to drive you every day two times." The purpose of any fee structure is accountability.

The person at the bar has had one last drink for the road too many. A cab ride home for this individual expenses anywhere from $48-$80 one way and less than 30 minutes drive time. This scenario does not work for all cases. This is one of those , "could have planned it better" examples from life. If this is a routine 3-4 times in a day or a week this cost adds up quick. The question is why.

Why does it cost so much? Well the answer is simple. The service has a highly regarded value of purpose. Time, comforts, & distance are the values of any car service program. Fuel and equipment eat up 79% of business expenses.
Currently at a rounded $4 & $5 per gallon fuel charge with average 15 - 22 miles per one gallon a simple 10 mile one way drive n drop costs about $12.50 no gratuity or $15 with gratuity. The reasoning is simple. Every measure of fuel, time, & distance is and must be accounted for.

Your one way is actually a two way. The driver must return to the starting point. The 10 mile drive is 20 mile round trip cost which means double. Time adds an equivelant of a half gallon.

2.5 X $4-$5 Totals a value of at cost. Gratuity is traditional 10%-15%. Now as a rule your cost is close to One Gallon of Gas multiplied by 2.65. Let's try this formula to validate accuracy.

18 miles one way multiplied by 2.65
$47.7@cost. The billing will read as $90-$100 rounded up. The opportunity was minimized by the distance and the time. This provides a rebound effect of recoupment so that accountability is met fully.

Now let us get into a month service for one client with 7 appointments. Each appointment is inside 6.3-8.0 miles. On a drive by drive basis this scenario is good for business. The total adds up for invoicing and can become a challenge to collect at full cost. 100 miles can cost $265-$340 give or take tolls and fees such as parking, ammenities and reroutes.

What eye enjoy is knowing you are charged accountably well. This mere honesty formula covers 80% of common drives with average rush hour traffic. Trust and assurance of service stamp this brand as a worthy option for the individual requiring a v.i.p. smile of service. We get you there because we care. We care to grow. We care to survive. We care to drive.

If you think you should not have to pay for any portion of the process involved with meeting expectation of service you can request a full itemization of billing which entails all calculations involved in final billing of service.

*Includes All: drive time miles, fuel or refuel, tolls, parking, gratuity, ammenities, preparation of vehicle such as detailing, passenger count, extended stay of service, attire, and courtesy.

A traditional cab ride does not assist with anything other than to and from destination driving. You may actually need customer service styled driving with a smile.
