There are no hidden service fees when utilizing this service. We utilize a flat rate formula based on start to finish destinations. We gauge our formula on round trip miles. We took a poll and a survey and the data revealed out of 369 clients more than 85% preferred to pay a flat rate. Well we listened to your voice and heard you loud and clear.  

This is the revised formula now utilized to bill you correctly based on the total round trip mileage used to transfer you to your destination point.

If your destination is 64 miles round trip your cost is $16

A+B=C  "C" equals $20

The previous formula used was based on a per mile basis as each mile is equal to $1. IF we use the older model you pay 3 times more on a per mile basis. The previous example would actually cost a total of $64.

*This list represents a week in lease of the selected week of exclusive service by a Partner-Client.
***Partner/Client useage: allows a partner client to use their week or release back to Charles Williams Limousine for primetime uses or promotions for $350 weekdays and $750 weekends.

The benefit to a partner-client is one of immediate gratification. The days and nights are used to promote new membership. Doing so we increase percentages and fleet in a timelier fashion. There is also same day cash back rewards. When 3 consecutive days of your week are booked we write you a check.
We seek clients who can utilize these benefits. There are only 52 clients per vehicle, per driver, per year and we seek to reach capacity booking of 260 days (24hrs) which adds up to 5 years, 5 vehicles, 5 drivers, and 260 partner-clients grossing annually as a collective $150,00+ in capital revenue for maximum 3 year commitment from everyone.

A Stack for a Rack "Special Offer"

It's easy to decide the best way to do things in this economic world we ride in. Why not pay for it in advance and receive it in bulk which lowers your costs. This limited offer may be a permanent option if received well by you the general client whom recognizes the value in a dollar as well as the value in a service. We are offering you our client's for $1,000 each 24 hours of limousine service.  Compared that to any company in your neck of the woods and you will find out this offer is exactly as it is promoted to be. A STACK
is the equivelant of a total combined 24 hours in limousine and sedan service. The blocks must add up evenly to 24 hours, such as 6 4hour blocks, or 4 6hour blocks, or 8 3hour blocks, or 3 8hour blocks, 12 2hour blocks, or 2 12hour blocks. We will accept 4 5hour blocks with a remainder 1 4 hour block.  Total time 24hours.

RESTRICTIONS
includes only 1 Prom per stack as it is often an uneven event going into 7.5 hours of service from start to finish. The exception is using a stack to cover 2 separate proms of 2 separate dates in which we shall oblige with advanced approval only and will count the combined events as a total 24 hours.

GRATUITIES
are for the drivers and more than appreciated by the driver. We are not going to tell you it's a must. We are informing you it is customary. Average in gratuity is up to 20%, however do note that drivers are often persuaded to go above and beyond if it is valuable for them to do so. They are the ones in charge at the times of the drive and report in to a supervisor for approvals. If you want it right away without delay it is suggested to compensate the drive up front as he or she will cater to many requests that are of value.

You are 52 members maximum. Each member representing 1 week out of each year as a member in which service is dedicated to you solely.  This group in it's individual week shall have assigned car service to transport to work, school, appointments, and basic transportation needs such as mall visits, grocer visits, and entertainment.  Being a member of "The Victory Group" has a monetary due of $575 minimum up to $1525 maximum. The minimum covers the dedicated car service extending Mondays thru Fridays for standard work week assistance or car pool coverage and weekend coverage for limousine and sedan service for nights on the town or reservations to hotel and restaurants.

The Victory Group based on availability can book *any date throughout the year for  $200 to cover up to 6 hours of limousine service * Prom season which covers March, April, and May bookings are a maximum $575 for dates falling upon Fridays/Saturdays. All other prom season dates for members are $375 even with advance booking.

The fleet consists at this posting time of Chrysler 300 stretch, Hummer, Excursion, Escalade, PArty Bus, and Lincoln.  These are stretch limousine options not to be confused with sedan/suv options.  Sedan options change quarterly but in most cases consists of Jeep, Cadillac, Lincoln, Jaguar and Lexus.

The Presidential package is not for the week at heart.  This restructured package option is for the patriot who is committed to their duty of purpose and service. This service package is designed to accomodate exclusivity, time, concierge, safety & security, destination, and comfort.

This package price of $999 covers 12 hours of exclusive service for you the president. Inside this package are your favorites in bottled water & light edibles such as select nuts, fruits, and berries.  The itenorary is entirely up to you. Hotel, theater, airport, restaurant, stadium, ballpark, arts district, or public relations you are presidential in arrival as well as in departure.

We know budget is always of concern so we exercised our liberties in minimizing costs that are ordinarily $150 per hour plus 20% gratuity in billing.  This is up to 50% and more in budget cuts saving you close to a thousand dollars.
