*This is not a group rate/Intended for 1 couple only booking.

Average prom is:
* 1 hour standby as people make grand entrance to take a picture with the limousine
* 1 hour drive time to event location
* 6 hour for prom ceremony
* 1 hour after prom ceremony aka IHOP, DENNY'S, etc.
* 1 hour ride home

I broke list down to show in detail what a deal it is considering I bill at $150 an hour.
$1300 + Gratuity 20% is what the normal billing reads. I hope in all fairness we are learning what it actually takes sometimes to fulfill a dream.

The season of sports, student body, faculty, and friends has reintroduced itself to us all as we watch our loved ones participate in one of life's most inspiring moments of time.  We too are inspired here at Williams Transportation Service and have extended our trust and support to Charles Williams Limousine.

Charles Williams Limousine is our go to group to accomodate all resources available to meet all budgets. Charles Williams Limousine is our one man stop shop for your wedding, prom, date, homecoming, house party, shop til you drop concierge driving experience as you maintain dignity and poise required for those whom you care for most with any rental of luxury benefit.

Charles Williams Limousine has room for a total not to exceed 250 bookings of $275 each booking. All bookings must be made within 72 hours of date requested unless advertised as a special promotion by Charles Williams Limousine.  If your event is more than 72 hours then pay $75 as a hold request and on your date of service pay your $275 in full.  There are times when dates are popular from sports events, special events, personal family events, and we know everyone is important, so please assist us in making certain you are meeting your need for this request. 

IN THE EVENT of the need to cancel your request no refund is given however a comprable event or request will be honored based on availability.  We ask that 72 hours be given for all cancellations otherwise your booked event will be banked automatically.

CHARLES WILLIAMS LIMOUSINE AND DRIVER SERVICE

Dates or Time slot requests of a futured need will require a holding deposit of $75 minimum and is separate from exclusive service price. This is a non refundable item.

$575 in full allows you the option of a designated date within the year as a daily use of service for sedan and Limousine service for you the member. This date is a range from 6 hour access up to a 12 hour access which starts anywhere from 6:ooam thru 11:00am and ends anywhere from 6:00pm to 11:00pm.
You as a member have the option of using your designated date as 2 separate 5 hour block bookings during the course of the same year, should you choose not to use your designated date.  There is no cancellation fee involved and nothing is lost when paying this rate in full.

$275 is the 6 hour block booking option allowed for members only.  Members can call anytime during the year and book any open slot or date reserved for this price to cover 6 hours of limousine service or sedan service. 

$225 is membership to access low cost bookings for limousine and sedan service annually.  

$75 will hold or  reserve a date requested and is non refundable item which does not pertain to the actual booking cost for service date requested.

$55 is the charge for each addition to your request for non member passengers.
