Charles Williams Limousine & Sedan club MEMO

"Dear Community Network"
I am looking to connect with you in one of a few formats known to me as service, business, or support. The value in this connection is authentic. Collectively these formats are imperative and crucial for success.


I am offering 52 individuals, 12 individuals, and 365 individuals an opportunity of celebration, growth, and venture. Three years commitment is all that is required in all three formats simultaneously. Each genre represents its own single purpose of support association;

· Business: Partners and Vendors

· Service: Client's, Members, and Associates

· Support: Agents, Client's, Advertisements, Sponsors, Scholarships, Organizations, and Staff

I require the correct formula of personnel and clientele to meet all needs and deadlines relevant to success of both business and service. I have reshaped this program according to season, percentage, goal, strand, brand, concierge, capital base, preference, and value of service. These next combinations of data are available to you based on your ability to commit as well as your effort to support the commitment;

· $750-$2,500: Business Service Support ranges for business as standard

· $575-$375: Service Support Business ranges for service as standard

· $365-$250: Support Service Business ranges for support as standard

Business range: represents the 3 tiers in business as either support service or business franchise. Support service represents the use of service in support of the brand with options to discount such service by paying the top tier amount in full prior to request details being rendered.

Service range: represents all tiers in service as either sponsorship or scholarship as all proceeds received in this range are dedicated to the branch mission in community and support.

Support range: represents all clients and staff whom are dedicated to the brand and its goal and as appreciation a frequent discount option is rendered based on usage, usage attempts, or good deeds favored to community programs and incentives.

The only question you most likely should visit is what do I need with a limousine service? If your answer falls in profit, the choice to select is business. If your answer falls in community then select service. If your answer falls in charity, or charitable purposes, then select support. You can change your answer twice in the same year.

The Goals

Here are the goals or goal for each branch or theme of the club and its outline or details.

· 52 Members per year $575.00 each member (Service) $29,900

· 12 Partners per year $2,500.00 each partner (Business) $30,000

· 365 Clients per year $180.00 each client (Support) $65,700

Reaching capacity at all three goals will generate a starting capital base of $125,600 (+/-) which generates a grand goal total in capital for 3 year commitment $376,800.

Income Tax Investment Season

LADIES
I am approaching all of you first. You all are perfection in the truest sensr of this word. Who better than you (next to children) can appreciate all aspects of a luxury driver service. You is who. Each and every one of you.
My Proposal is this. I personally will drive you for a dedicated week out of 52 Weeks in a year. Your useage during this week is based on your scheduling and needs for service.
Your benefits and value of this service are excellent in savings and service.
Each of you will receive the signature "Exclusive Service" feature which includes ammenities and daily perks.

I know I sound like an ol skool metabolife convention, or long distance marketing group, however all I know is God is who I do these things for.
Many people in Dallas alone will only be escorted at their funeral. I figure since so many people are afraid to do the right thing, establish a winners only formula to change the game.
"$575 from 52 of You Annually is all it takes"
Sad part is there's over 200,000 of you who can do this right this very moment.

The Formula works in it's simplicity of who would enjoy the use of a luxury car service of limousines and sedans? The answer is simple. There are over 600+ limousine companies alone in Dallas County and growing.  The average charge for a vehicle stems anywhere from $100 hourly up to $250 hourly.
What I am proposing is a format and formula which by design flourishes in a natural and progressive manner suited for one vehicle, one driver, one client, but has the capacity to service all members.

This formula minimizes overhead and expenses. The reason why a 1 owner vehicle is prized at such a high value is because of it's cared for practices by the owner. I am that owner and vehicle and all of you are my concern.  I am merely asking to test the waters to verify if you want to continue with this program. $575 once a year for a dedicated 7 day "exclusive service" package for limousine & sedan useage.  The sedan useage is throughout the Monday-Thursday or day time hours as the limousine is for your weekend useage typically Friday/Saturday. Weekend nights 7pm up to 3am following each outting. This does not mean you are restricted to these days and usegae, it merely represents how to go about using the service in a standard manner to your needs.

Here is my commitment to you

In exchange for your trust capacity rate percentages shall be disbursed to you. Capacity rate perecentages represent  $575 + $250 reimbursed to you once capacity rate bookings have been reached.  This metric in itself repays your initial donation plus interest. 

In exchange for your annual renewal of $575 your percentage disbursements grows up to $250 each at capacity rate percentage. 5 consecutive renewals by all 52 partner/clients or equivelant, percentages are disbursed up to 5 additional years without renewal requirement by original partner/client's. (5 years in a row renew at $575/next 5 years-no renewal required to receive percentages).

Your initial investments are utilized to acquire and maintain fleet options to best service you.  Once fleet is established (1 party bus, 1 Stretch SUV, 1 Limouisine Fabricated SUV/Limo interior styled suv, 1 Luxury Sedan, 1 Luxury Extended SUV--total not to reach beyond $98,000) which will by paced rate and formula take the 5 years commitment to achieve.

Disbursements/Percentages
The next 5 years of continued service shall be utilized to acquire 2 public service options which their total sums of the year shall disburse percentages to you the founding partner/client's of the initial 5 years consecutive.
The public rates shall represent $365 for 4 hour blocks and under 10 passengers, $575 for 4 hour blocks Stretch SUV up to 18 passengers, or $750 for 4 hour blocks up to 22 passengers. Any additional hour for any vehicle is flat rate $150 per hour additional.
